About our bell tents

Whats included in the Bell Tent hire?

For Bell Tent Sleepovers: 4m Bell Tent, single airbeds for up to 5 people, pillow, duvet, bedding, breakfast tray, throw, cushion, personalised placemat, fairy lights, decorated interior & accessories and heater if needed.

Package Price: £399.

Projector & screen can be added for £99. 

Please be advised that the projector screen has limited viewing in the daylight. 


For Bell Tent Movie nights: 4m Bell Tent, 2 x inflatable 3 seater sofa beds, rug, cushions, throws, projector & screen with firestick, fairy lights and heater if needed.

For Bell Tent Picnics: 4m Bell Tent, rug, cushions to sit on, low level picnic table(s) for up to 12 people, table runner, placemats, glass dinner plates, cutlery, napkins, tumblers and themed table decor.

Each booking is generally for 24 hours and consecutive days can be booked for a small additional charge. However we are pretty flexible on this so just get in touch to discuss.

What space do I need for the Bell Tent?

The Bell Tent is 4m in diameter and requires a 6m x 6m area to pitch. The Bell Tent needs to be pitched on a flat area of real grass as it needs to be anchored. Sadly it cannot be placed on astro turf. The area has to be a secure private garden.

The Bell Tents are weatherproof however we will only hire them out in the months of the year we feel are suitable. 


Should the weather conditions not be suitable for the bell tent, we will be in touch nearer the time to discuss your options.

It can take around 2-3 hours to set up and decorate tent plus additional time if you order Balloons or any other items and around 1 hr to take down. We will arrange and agree with you a suitable time to set up depending on your event start time and a time to take down.

Following a discussion about your requirements, we will send you an estimate. To secure your date and booking, we require a deposit of £50. 


Full payment is then due the week of
